Insurance Navigator
About the role
The Insurance Navigator will assist patients with enrollment, empowering them to choose the best option for their needs. This position will also be responsible for educating staff members on ACA, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.
Charlotte Community Health Clinic, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offers high-quality medical, dental, and behavioral health services for children and adults. Although we serve all populations, as a FQHC, we have a special purpose of serving the underserved. We accept most major health insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. For patients without health insurance, we offer a discount program based on income and family size.
