Insurance Leader

About the role

We are in need of a passionate, hard working, and experienced Insurance Leader to assist with growth, development, client services, and retention within one of our local offices. We are a rapidly growing independent agency with over 75+ locations across the United States. We have access to 150+ carriers which equates to much higher retention and customer satisfaction!

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a team of sales and service agents to achieve set targets
• Serve as a coach and partner for each team member to support their role, goals, sales targets and other key performance metrics
• Ensure the implementation of processes and procedures set in place by agency owner
• Support recruiting efforts by sourcing local talent and talent acquisition companies
• Maintain meeting production and retention goals and quotas through personal and team production

Required Skills And Licensing

• 4+ Years management experience within insurance
• 5+ Years P&C Insurance experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Bachelors degree (Preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and implementation skills.
• Efficient problem solving abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office products
