About the role
Insurance Sales Advisor role with a $48,000 base salary and $75,000+ OTE, plus a $1,000 sign‑on bonus for licensed candidates (General Lines Property & Casualty). The position is a weekday, in‑office role in Dallas, TX. You will work with warm leads who are actively shopping for home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance coverage, helping them understand their needs, explain coverage options, quote and sell policies, handle objections, cross‑sell additional coverages, follow up with prospects, and maintain CRM documentation. No prior insurance experience is required; strong sales skills are essential and training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Speak with warm leads who are actively shopping for insurance
- Learn about customers' homes, vehicles, assets, and coverage needs
- Explain coverage options in a clear, easy‑to‑understand way
- Quote and sell home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance products
- Handle questions and objections while guiding customers toward the best solution
- Cross‑sell additional coverages that improve protection and create value
- Follow up with prospects and keep your pipeline moving
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and activity tracking

Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for the sale
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations simultaneously

- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Comfortable working toward goals and performance expectations
- Ability to work full-time, in-office in Dallas, TX
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required
