Insurance Delivery Leader (Insurance Background)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Leader with strong Insurance domain experience to manage enterprise client accounts, drive delivery excellence, and build strategic customer relationships across global onshore-offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and SLAs are met.
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader for business and IT stakeholders.
• Establish program governance, conduct reviews, and manage escalations.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery managers and technical teams.
• Drive process improvements, digital transformation, and account growth opportunities.
• Manage risks, compliance, financials, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, KPIs, risks, and issues.
• Manage vendors and cross-functional global delivery teams.

Requirements

• 15+ years of IT Delivery/Program Management experience with strong client-facing experience.
• Strong experience managing large, complex, multi-project programs in global delivery models.
• Expertise in program governance, delivery management, stakeholder management, and financial management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with enterprise/Fortune 500 clients and consulting/IT services organizations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Strong Insurance domain experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or ITIL certification.
• Experience in digital transformation, operational excellence, and account growth.
• Strong commercial and strategic customer engagement skills.

Duration: 12 Months Contract
