Responsibilities
- Provide legal representation to Progressive insureds and/or Progressive Insurance Companies in all aspects of litigation.
- Prepare legal pleadings, motions, statements, trial briefs, and negotiate settlements.
- Work closely with clients and claims partners to prepare timely reports on litigation and ensure appropriate defenses are leveraged.
- Analyze written discovery, depositions, medical records, and assess claim values to determine risk exposure.
Requirements
- Juris doctor degree or Master of Laws (LLM)
- Minimum of 2 years general/auto litigation experience
- Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida

Pay
$133,679 - $146,900/year
Schedule
This is a 100% remote position for our Ft. Myers Office. Venues covered: Collier, Lee, Charlotte, Desoto, Highlands, Hendry, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties.
