Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and dedicated Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney. Responsibilities
- Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense matters, including complex litigation.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on various aspects of insurance law and commercial litigation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
- Actively participate in dispute resolution processes, including mediation and negotiations.
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in insurance law and related areas.
- Provide legal consulting to clients, explaining complex legal concepts and scenarios in an understandable manner.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure high-quality legal assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Current license to practice law in California.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation, with a strong focus on insurance law and commercial litigation.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating legal documents.
- Impressive track record in providing sound legal advice and achieving favorable dispute resolution outcomes.
- Strong mediation skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally and effectively.
- Exceptional legal consulting skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in an understandable manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
