About the role

An established litigation practice is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its team. The firm is interested in building its pipeline of qualified attorneys ahead of an anticipated hiring need and welcomes strong candidates with relevant civil litigation experience.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in one or more of the following practice areas: Product Liability, Automotive Products Liability, Construction Defect, Civil Litigation, Defective Repair, Premises Liability, General Liability Litigation.
• Work arrangement: 100% in‑office; remote or hybrid candidates will not be considered.

Qualifications

• 3‑10 years of relevant litigation experience preferred.
• Strong experience in civil litigation and one or more of the practice areas listed above.
• Ability to independently handle litigation matters while working effectively with a team.
• Newly barred attorneys may be considered depending on their background and qualifications.

Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Strong case management and organizational abilities.

Competitive salary based on JD graduation year, relevant experience, and qualifications.
