You will work on a variety of complex insurance defense cases, including product liability, premises liability, and general liability, with the chance to handle high-profile matters and make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of insurance defense cases, including product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
• Draft and review legal documents, manage multiple cases, and oversee legal assistants.
• Liaise with clients, judges, and other legal professionals.
• Negotiate and achieve favorable settlements for clients.
• Conduct legal research using specialized software.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense, product liability, premises liability, and general liability.
• Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in settlements.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$100,000 - $180,000 per year.
