We are a regional litigation firm focused on insurance defense, coverage, no fault, fraud, SIU, general liability, motor vehicle negligence, premises liability, and bad faith matters. Our attorneys represent insurance carriers and insured clients across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We offer a hands-on litigation environment with meaningful courtroom exposure, direct client contact, and the opportunity to work with an experienced defense team.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance defense matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, reports, and correspondence
• Manage written discovery and document review
• Attend court conferences, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Work directly with insurance carriers, insured clients, opposing counsel, and experts
• Analyze liability, damages, and case strategy
• Prepare cases for settlement, arbitration, and trial
• Maintain strong communication with clients and internal team members
• Meet a 2,080 annual billable hour requirement

Requirements

• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania
• 2+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience required
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, court appearances, and depositions preferred
• Ability to manage a busy caseload with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in office
• Insurance defense, general liability, auto liability, or premises liability experience is a plus

Pay

$115,000 - $150,000 per year
