Responsibilities

• Litigating personal injury cases involving liability disputes and product liability claims
• Taking depositions
• Attending court conferences and hearings
• Drafting and arguing motions

Requirements

• 7-10 years of significant insurance defense experience
• Experience litigating personal injury cases involving liability disputes and product liability claims
• Experience taking depositions, attending court conferences and hearings, and drafting and arguing motions
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the Florida Bar

Preferred Qualifications

• Deposition and trial experience
