The team is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience. Responsibilities

• Manage insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Represent insurers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients in liability matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and reports.
• Maintain client relationships and provide proactive case management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice groups to achieve successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania law license.
• 3–5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage cases independently and work effectively as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications

Experience handling automobile liability matters is strongly preferred.
