About the role
Our client is a growing, highly-respected regional insurance defense firm with 300 attorneys across 20+ offices. They pride themselves on being the go-to shop for the insurance industry, their insureds, and self-insureds. This position offers a path to partnership and involves handling a diverse caseload, including construction litigation, professional liability, trucking, motor vehicle litigation, premise and product liability, and more.
Annual billable-hour target: 1,850. The bonus structure is competitive and lucrative.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation matters, with a focus on insurance defense.
- Handle cases ranging from construction litigation to professional liability, trucking, motor vehicle litigation, premise, and product liability.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in insurance defense.
- Active membership in the North Carolina Bar.
