MGC is seeking a partner-level attorney to join our Insurance Coverage Litigation team in Atlanta, GA. We are an industry leading civil litigation firm with 31 years of excellence spanning 22 offices across 12 states.

Position Overview

Requirements

• 12+ years of practice experience in insurance coverage and/or general litigation
• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia
• Must reside in close proximity of Atlanta, GA office

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Assess new files to establish action plans, budgets, and recommendations
• Identify pleading requirements and delegate tasks to paralegals as needed
• Prepare discovery responses and manage document production
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other discovery events, providing thorough reports
• Negotiate settlements, secure authority, and prepare for trial as necessary
• Maintain regular communication with paralegals and legal assistants
