Position
This position offers a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage/coverage litigation matters
- Investigate claims and draft coverage opinion letters
- In coverage litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery
- Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects
- Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the State of Nevada
- 5+ years coverage/coverage litigation experience
- Experience in areas of insurance coverage including drafting coverage opinions in one or more insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, cyber, intellectual property, etc.)
- Experience in either or both third-party and first-party claims
- Coverage analysis and writing experience
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
