Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience in insurance coverage law and a strong background in third-party coverage, including drafting coverage opinions and handling coverage litigation. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and draft coverage opinions
• Represent clients in coverage litigation matters
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and carriers
• Ensure timely and high-quality work across all assignments

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.

Pay

Our current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
