Responsibilities
- Handle insurance coverage analysis or bad faith claims
- Write and research legal documents
- Provide legal advice and representation in complex litigation matters
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies
- Participate in case preparation and trial proceedings
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience handling insurance coverage analysis or bad faith claims
