There is an immediate opening for an Insurance Coverage Attorney (minimum five years of experience preferred). The position may be located in any of the firm's offices, including the virtual office “The Link,” with a preference for candidates residing in Illinois, Michigan, or Wisconsin. The attorney will work primarily with attorneys in the Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance coverage disputes in the commercial insurance sector.
• Conduct factual investigations and discovery.
• Prepare pleadings.
• Take depositions.
• Participate in mediation.
• Argue motions.
• Engage in extensive communication with clients regarding coverage issues and positions.
