About the role

This position offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas, including but not limited to bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, personal and advertising injury, cyber liability, and excess liability matters. This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a collaborative team, representing national and international insurance clients across a broad range of complex coverage areas.
  • Represent clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters.
  • Take on significant responsibilities from the start with a diverse and challenging caseload.

Requirements

  • Must be admitted to the Texas Bar in good standing.
  • Ideal candidates will have civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts.
  • Experience representing clients in first and third-party insurance coverage litigation matters is preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required.

Qualifications

  • Law degree from an accredited law school.

  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
