Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar in AZ
- 7+ years of insurance coverage and litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Strong knowledge of state and federal insurance law.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience with coverage analysis, writing formal opinions, and coverage litigation
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
