Insurance Coverage Attorney

About the Role

Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department seeks a senior attorney with at least 10 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience to join the Dallas office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance coverage issues
• Litigate first and third-party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including taking and defending depositions and attending court hearings and trials

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of significant insurance coverage litigation experience
• Experience analyzing insurance coverage issues and litigating first and third-party claims concerning multiple lines of coverage and bad faith
• Strong research, writing, and litigation skills
• Texas Bar mandatory
