• Advocate and write effectively in state and federal civil procedure.
• Gain litigation and appellate experience, preferably.
• Build experience with bad-faith allegations, strongly preferred.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent advocacy and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Legal degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in Texas.
