Overview
Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Finance and Accounting Services Insurance Coordinator to assist patients in finding and coordinating insurance options for their dialysis treatments. The role requires regular meetings with patients to educate them on alternative insurance options and ensure they follow through with the application process.
Success Profile
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Experience with Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid systems is beneficial. Excellent written and communication skills, along with a strong customer service philosophy, are essential. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required.
