Insurance Coordinator

Overview

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an Insurance Coordinator to assist patients in identifying and coordinating insurance options for their dialysis treatments. The role requires regular meetings with patients to educate them on available insurance options, ensuring they follow through with the application process, and addressing any changes in their employment status or other circumstances.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of related experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid systems. Excellent written and communication skills, along with a strong customer service philosophy, are essential. Strong organizational and time management skills are also required, as is the ability to work independently and proficiently with PCs and Microsoft Office applications.
