What We Are Seeking
Old Republic Insured Automotive Services is seeking a full-time experienced Insurance Compliance Analyst to be a key member of our Compliance team. The ideal candidate will have strong document management skills and experience maintaining systems such as Files.com and SharePoint for a Property & Casualty insurance carrier. A keen ability to manage deadlines is essential as this role includes tracking and coordinating timely license renewals across multiple jurisdictions. Finally, the successful candidate will possess strong written communication skills and have a willingness to provide clerical or administrative support to our compliance team.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the company’s Files.com and SharePoint document libraries, ensuring all materials are accurately categorized, current, and easily accessible.
- Respond to compliance inquiries by gathering relevant information and providing guidance or escalation as needed.
- Track and ensure timely renewal of company licenses across all jurisdictions and support the submission of regulatory filings for new and existing products via SERFF.
- Draft and edit correspondence, including responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide clerical support to the compliance team, including file management and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- A High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of compliance experience in legislative / regulatory affairs role with a Property & Casualty insurance carrier
- Ability to work Full Time (37 ½ hours per week)
- Willingness to travel to our Tulsa, Oklahoma office for periodic training (company paid)
