Insurance Commercial Lines Customer Service Agent

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Claims Create new/renewal business submissions Loss runs (create letters, order loss runs / obtain/order experience modifiers)
• Gather & help complete supplemental applications & supporting documentation Issue certificates, evidence of insurance, auto id cards and binders Check and mail out policies
• Create proposals for agent- if needed Cancellation tracking and processing (pending and cancelled) Audit tracking Bond Remarkets Quote account rounds for existing CL business
• Keep up with carrier updates and underwriting information

Employee Specifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent College degree preferred Industry knowledge preferred Obtain and maintain applicable licensing Insurance designation preferred

Technical/Functional Competencies

• Proficient in PC operating systems- Applied Epic Proficient Microsoft office Knowledge of and experience with Carrier websites Knowledge of and experience with Comparative rater websites

Work Schedule

This position follows a 4-1 workweek and is an in-office role. Employees are expected to be on-site four days per week and may work remotely one day per week.
