Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Operate as independent contractors—running their own business while receiving support from COUNTRY.
• Diversify income through a portfolio of property and casualty, life, and health lines.
• Manage schedules flexibly to balance career and personal interests.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY’s products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products and services.
• Establish an office and build a staff as the business expands.

• Required licenses (or ability to obtain them):
  • Property/Casualty State Insurance License
  • Life/Health State Insurance License
• Preferred experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services
  • 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience
