Insurance Agent - Personal Lines

Key Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers.
• Proactively engaging and networking with mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners to cultivate strong strategic relationships and establish a steady stream of referral prospects.
• Utilizing your expertise to gain client trust and navigate the pros and cons of various carriers.
• Showcasing your follow-up skills to convert prospects into loyal customers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of P&C insurance experience.
• A Property and Casualty Agent Insurance License.
• Proficiency in MS Office and various CRM systems.
• Pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills.
• The ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to succeed independently but also a willingness to collaborate.

Pay

Base salary, uncapped commissions, and quarterly bonuses and incentives.
