Key Responsibilities As an Insurance Agent in Training, you will: Learn to generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policiesConsult with customers to understand and recommend coverage that meets their needsSupport sales and cross-sales of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policiesBuild and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication and policy reviewsWork toward individual sales goals to support agency growthBecome familiar with insurance products, services, and compliance requirementsUse CRM tools to manage leads, follow ups, and monitor policy renewalsParticipate in team meetings, sales trainings, and strategy sessions What We're Looking For We seek candidates who are professional, proactive, coachable, and eager to succeed in sales. The ideal candidate will have: One or more years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferredStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfidence in making outbound calls and conducting sales conversationsA willingness to learn, take feedback, and apply coachingExcellent organizational and time-management skillsA Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is a plus, or willingness to obtain required licensingBilingual abilities are a plus Why Join Our Team?
