You don’t need an insurance background to get started. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys working with people, is willing to learn, and is motivated by goals and the opportunity to increase their earnings. You’ll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while learning both the sales and insurance sides of the business.
