Responsibilities

• Manage overall agency operations, including sales and growth initiatives.
• Hire, train, and lead a team to achieve strategic business objectives.
• Represent American Family Insurance and its exclusive product lineup.

Requirements

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.
