About the role

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to manage an established and active book of business across the full line of COUNTRY Financial® products and services. Agents operate as independent contractors, building rewarding, financially stable careers while enriching the communities they serve.

Responsibilities

• Take a consultative approach to grow business with existing and prospective clients.
• Diversify income through a portfolio of property & casualty, life, and health lines.
• Maintain flexibility to manage schedules and balance career with personal interests.
• Educate clients and prospects about COUNTRY Financial® products and services.
• Collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients of financial products and services.
• Establish an office and build a staff as needed.

Requirements

• Property/Casualty State Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
• Life/Health State Insurance License (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, motivated, and goal‑driven.
• Strong communicator with excellent business acumen.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in insurance and/or financial services.
• 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
