Role Overview

This is a full-time outside sales position focused on selling auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach. The role involves building and maintaining a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement, as well as prospecting using established lead methodologies. Candidates will handle customer interactions with integrity and confidentiality, utilizing insurance technology and relationship management tools to provide tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Sell insurance products and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Identify prospective customers and engage through relationship-driven outreach.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to enhance sales skills.
  • Leverage technology and multi-carrier platforms for effective sales delivery.
