Role Overview
This is a full-time outside sales position focused on selling auto, home, life, and related insurance products using a consultative, needs-based approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a book of business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
- Identify prospects using established lead methodologies and conduct relationship-driven outreach.
- Accurately document customer interactions, handle sensitive information with integrity, and utilize insurance sales technology and multi-carrier platforms to deliver tailored solutions.
- Participate in training, coaching, and performance incentives to enhance sales results.
Qualifications & Skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, reliable, professional, and trustworthy.
- Outgoing with strong communication skills, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple accounts.
- Calm under pressure and relationship-focused.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, consultative selling, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Must obtain relevant licenses upon hire.
