About the role

We are a fast-growing insurance agency serving individuals and families with life, health, and retirement insurance solutions. We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in the insurance industry. A current insurance license is not required; guidance will be provided throughout the licensing process. Work Location: Remote; candidates based in or near Santa Monica, California, may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement insurance
• Provide ongoing client support and maintain positive relationships
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients; training will be provided
• Stay current on industry standards and applicable compliance requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Prior insurance experience is not required; training will be provided
