Responsibilities
- Meet and develop new contacts within your community
- Communicate effectively with clients in a sales atmosphere
- Develop and sell Shelter Insurance products
- Opportunity to bring on staff for general administrative duties
Requirements
- A motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
- Skilled capacity for effective communication in a sales environment
- Some sales experience and a degree with general business courses are helpful, but not required
Qualifications
- No previous background in the insurance industry is required
- Our in-house and virtual new agent training schools, along with continuing industry education courses, help build the foundation necessary to launch your agency
