About the Role

This is a full-time in-office role for an Insurance Agent, based in Boca Raton, FL, with an amazing opportunity. The Insurance Agent will focus on helping clients select suitable insurance plans, providing personalized consultations, and guiding them through enrollment in Medicare and ACA marketplace plans.

Responsibilities

• Help clients select suitable insurance plans
• Provide personalized consultations
• Guide clients through enrollment in Medicare and ACA marketplace plans
• Identify client needs
• Address inquiries
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations
• Manage policy renewals and client accounts

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Insurance license(s) - Health 240 or 215 (Life)
• Familiarity with Medicare and ACA marketplace plans is a significant advantage
