What You'll Do
- Help grow and lead Aspire Insurance’s efforts in various markets.
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses to protect them against financial loss.
- Evaluate a client's specific needs, financial status, and risk profile to recommend suitable coverage options.
- Manage insurance policies to ensure clients have the best coverage.
- Create proposals for clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various methods.
- Prepare insurance proposals, negotiate terms and premiums, and process applications and renewals.
- Assist clients with claims inquiries and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
- Provide education on risk management and best practices to minimize exposure while adhering to legal requirements.
- Maintain a professional office appearance.
- Learns by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
- Demonstrate patience, humility, and adaptability in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers of varying technical knowledge levels.
- Adhere to Aspire Insurance policies, procedures, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Active Property & Casualty License.
- At least five years of progressive insurance sales and growth experience, preferably with a commercial sales background.
- The ability to build an insurance and financial practice through professional networks and prospecting for new clients.
- Experience as an underwriter, producer agent, or operations manager in personal or commercial insurance.
