Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Network and develop relationships in your community with customers, real estate professionals, auto dealers, mortgage lenders, and other referral contacts
- Meet business production goals and objectives as established
- Develop insurance quotes, discuss and review insurance plans, and close sales
- Interact with all customers entering the office in a warm, friendly, and helpful manner
- Accept premium payments from customers
- Show empathy and refer claims to appropriate staff; support claims and catastrophe response efforts
- Support the Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation and assist in growing its membership
What We're Looking For
- Sales Experience (if you have none, but you are the right fit, we can teach you)
- Leadership skills, including the ability to engage with and inspire others
- Strong communications skills and a positive attitude
