Responsibilities

• Oversee overall agency management, including sales and growth initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a team to achieve strategic business goals.

Requirements

• Obtain Property and Casualty and Life insurance licenses.
• Pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.
