Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary daily contact for commercial insurance clients, ensuring questions and needs are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Review client requests, gather necessary information, and provide accurate, timely responses that support smooth account operations.
  • Build ongoing rapport through consistent communication, proactive service, and a strong understanding of each client’s coverage needs.
  • Track policy expirations, coordinate renewal activities, and ensure clients receive updated options and recommendations ahead of deadlines.
  • Collect underwriting information, complete required documents, and assemble clean, accurate submissions and proposals for carrier review.
  • Work closely with account managers, producers, and support teams to ensure consistent service delivery and accurate policy handling.
  • Stay informed on market trends, coverage updates, and regulatory changes to better advise clients and support internal decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Account Management and a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively address client needs and concerns.
  • Knowledge of Insurance practices and policies, and a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques to identify growth opportunities and drive client engagement.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to effectively manage multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency with insurance software and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the insurance industry is highly desirable.
