ROLE DESCRIPTION

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kevin Patton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide information about insurance products and services.

- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
  • Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses.

COMPENSATION

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
