Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Aid customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and offer timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Insurance Producer licenses in P&C and Life (or willingness to obtain).
• Bilingual Spanish a plus.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Madison, New Jersey and is open 9am-5pm. We currently have 7 team members at our agency and have received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Crystal Excellence Award, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet. Additional languages spoken: Spanish and Russian.
