We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position offers the opportunity for advancement and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Able to learn computer functions and assess customer needs, conducting effective interviews.
• Position may require irregular working hours.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
• Organizational skills.
• Self-motivated.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to learn computer functions.
• Able to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
