About the role

As a Sales Associate at Mark Rossmiller State Farm, you will play a pivotal role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized insurance and financial products.
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities through referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with customers, identify coverage needs, and present suitable solutions clearly.
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and providing ongoing support.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to agency success.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but passion for sales and determination to succeed are welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insurance concepts effectively.
• Strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry practices is advantageous but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Must obtain required licensing.

Pay

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
