Insulation Technician - Installer

Responsibilities

• Loading the correct materials for the job
• Strategizing an efficient install
• Install properly and neatly
• Cleaning up the job site
• Maintaining equipment
• Communicating effectively with customers and team members, etc.

Qualifications

• Be committed to the team and the job at hand
• Be humble in their approach, yet relentless in their efforts to achieve their goals
• Have ample construction knowledge
• Have strong levels of responsibility and be highly coachable and trainable
• Some experience using construction equipment, forklifts, hand tools, and power tools is highly preferred
• Should have general knowledge of building and construction, but we are willing to provide training
• Requires physical agility, solid hand-eye coordination, and a good sense of balance
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Needs to be good at following directions and completing tasks, both independently and on a team

The position is for a Spray Foam Insulation Tech/Installer based in Fairbury and the surrounding market (Bloomington, Champaign, Peoria & Kankakee).
