Insulation Installer Tech

About the role

We're an insulation crew looking for a helper who can give us three solid days a week. This is not a one-job gig—we want someone who wants to stick around and learn the trade.

Responsibilities

• Help install insulation in homes: attics, walls, and crawlspaces
• Run hoses, move material, set up and clean up, keep the jobsite tight
• Learn the trade from experienced crew members

Schedule

• Three days a week minimum; you tell us your availability (e.g., around classes, another job) and we build your schedule from it
• You’ll know your schedule a few days to a week ahead—no day-of scrambling
• Mostly weekdays, with occasional Saturdays if you want extra hours
• Some weeks are single days, others are several in a row depending on the job

Pay

Paid weekly via direct deposit.

Requirements

• No experience needed—just show up on time and work
• Must have a set weekly schedule and want steady side income (ideal for students, second-jobbers, etc.)
• Must be reliable: show up when you say you will
• Prefer people who want to learn a trade, not just collect a check
• Must be okay with physical work—moving all day instead of standing behind a counter
