Hybrid Electrical Maintenance Tech
About the role
Join us at our manufacturing facility in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, where we are currently seeking a Hybrid Electrical Maintenance Technician for our Hot Rolling Process Facility (HRPF) Department. Our team ensures that equipment and systems are fully operational for continuous production and meets production goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform electrical maintenance on a variety of equipment and systems including motors, controls, power supplies, AC/DC theory, power distribution, PLC's, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, power transmission, pumps, cranes, mobile equipment, etc.
- Quickly learn ATI’s manufacturing equipment/systems and maintenance program.
- Act as a problem-solver, troubleshooting and determining corrective action, installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of electrical and electronic systems.
- Use standard and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to properly assess and troubleshoot issues.
- Interpret electrical schematics, understand technical manuals, and follow written instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of projects including machine assembly, start-up, and installation.
- Participate in daily meetings, prioritizing and reviewing the daily schedule of work.
- Operate for trucks, man lifts, cranes, etc.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- At least three years of experience performing electrical system and machine maintenance in a manufacturing and industrial environment, or a 2-year associate’s degree in industrial electricity or a related curriculum.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multi-task.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams.
