Essential Functions

• Ability to work in attics, basements and crawl spaces
• Able to work in extreme cold and extreme heat
• Able to work on ladders (up to 28’)
• Able to work with hand tools
• Able to count and handle money
• Able to work with drills, pumps and all equipment necessary for installing insulation
• Able to keep home/business clean during and after installation (inside and outside)
• Able to educate customers on service and installation features
• Able to provide all customers with excellent customer service
• Able to follow all policies and procedures of USA Insulation while on duty
• Able to perform any and all other functions or tasks assigned by the crew chief and Owner/Operator

Status & Scope

• Must have valid state driver’s license
• Non-negligent drivers record
• Must be able to read and write
• Must be able to manage customer paperwork
• Must be able to speak English

Qualifications

• No “insulation” experience required, however preferred
• Commitment to Customer Service
• Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills, pumps and hand tools
• Ability to troubleshoot product and installation problems
• Use Of Equipment: Drills, Truck, Hand Tools, GPS, Pumps & Equipment and siding tools

Travel Requirements

• More than 30% local daily travel required (more than 30%, within 2 hour radius normally)

Lifting Requirements

• Heavy Lifting: 100 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects up to 50 pounds

Compensation

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
