Job Details
- Must be able to lay-up all skins on form tools with minimal supervision
- Must read and interpret blueprint and process specifications
- Recognize differences among insulation materials and fabric coverings
- Build, vacuum bag, cure, using air circulator ovens or autoclave
- Cut material as required for fabrication
- Read Vernier dial calipers, micrometers, tape measure, weight scales, pie tapes, and other measuring equipment as required
- Be able to use: cements, coatings, release agents, sealants, and plastic laminators
- Be able to insulate a variety of ducts with minimal supervision
- Maintain satisfactory levels of production – both quality and quantity
- Perform other duties as assigned
