Key Responsibilities
- Install insulation (batt or blown) in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, basements, and ceilings.
- Operate insulation blowing equipment, hand tools, and other installation machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work with project managers, contractors, and construction teams to ensure proper insulation placement and compliance with specifications.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to building codes and project standards.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites and follow all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or insulation installation.
- Ability to safely work in varied physical conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
- Experience with blown-in, batt, or spray foam insulation (preferred).
- Familiarity with residential and commercial construction practices (preferred).
